Investing in real estate is an interesting investment if you want to make your money yield a return.
Investing in real estate can take various forms. You can invest directly or indirectly in real estate. With direct investment, you purchase real estate yourself and take care of the management yourself. With indirect investment, you do not purchase the real estate yourself, but you invest in a fund in which real estate is purchased. This is the most carefree form because you do not have to concern yourself with the management and you do not have to worry about the maintenance.
When investing in real estate, you can choose from different types of real estate in which to invest. These can be homes, offices, shops, business premises or healthcare-related real estate. Examples of healthcare-related real estate are health centres, clinics and care homes.

With a Healthcare bond in the Cortese HealthCare real estate funds
A Cortese Healthcare Bond is a loan to the fund and entitles you to a fixed interest rate during the term. At the end of the term, you will receive your investment back and share in the sales profit. The Cortese HealthCare funds invest in Dutch health centers with tenants such as general practitioners, pharmacists and physiotherapists.
