All health centers are leased to primary and secondary care providers on a long-term basis. A total of 25 million euros has been invested.

Rémy Voskamp, founder of Cortese Capital: 'We are very proud that we have once again managed to structure a new Dutch healthcare fund with fantastic primary care centers. Nowadays there is more attention to care than ever. We have noticed this with our investors and the demand for this product. The confidence we have in this segment is high and we will continue to invest in such centers.

Cortese has been involved in initiating, structuring and managing real estate funds that invest directly in sustainable and long-term leased properties in the Netherlands with a focus on primary care for more than ten years.

Cortese HealthCare IV is now the fourth healthcare real estate fund to have successfully closed in the past three years. The average term of the lease contracts of the approximately 80 tenants in the fund is more than nine years. Financing is provided by a renowned German bank.

Cortese was guided in the purchasing process by Westerdok Notariaat, Triatact, ABC Vastgoed, Bolwijn Vastgoed Consultancy, MT Bouwmanagement and Sophus Advies.

Triatact Zorgadviseurs will manage these primary care centres, just like the other Cortese investment properties.
