Bonds Cortese HealthCare funds

Cortese recently purchased its first healthcare property for Cortese HealthCare IX.

This concerns the Allee health center in Steenwijk. This health center is rented to three general practitioners, a pharmacy and various other primary care providers. The surface of the building is 1.042 m².

Rémy Voskamp, director of Cortese: “We are very pleased that we have been able to purchase the first property in our new fund. This fund is already the ninth HealthCare fund. Despite the challenges and uncertainties in the market, we notice that there is still a lot of interest among our investors in healthcare real estate. After all, this type of real estate remains a very stable investment with often strong tenants and long-term rental contracts. It is not without reason that we have also concluded long-term financing with our bank. We are confident that we can achieve optimal management and results for our clients with this fund. We also expect to be able to add the following healthcare properties to the portfolio soon.”

“The sellers are happy with the sale and all tenants of the health center look forward to the collaboration with Cortese with full confidence” said Nextfund and Epic Zorgvastgoed, who guided the sellers in this transaction.
