Cortese recently purchased its third healthcare property for Cortese HealthCare IX.

This concerns the Rhederhof complex on Worth Rhedenseweg and Klaproosstraat in Rheden. The complex has a lettable area of approximately 10.000 m² and consists of 122 intramural units, office spaces, commercial spaces and twenty-eight parking spaces. The Care Sector Real Estate Foundation is a social investor in sustainable housing for the elderly (55+) who want to live attractively, comfortably and with the option of care.

The property is fully rented to two main tenants, namely Attent and Siza. Attent offers living space and care to people with a chronic physical condition and/or a cognitive disorder, such as dementia. Siza offers living space and care to young adults with a mild intellectual disability and/or autism.

ABC Capital supervised the transaction on behalf of the seller and Pillar notarissen was responsible for the legal guidance.

Rémy Voskamp, director of Cortese: “This property has been on our wish list for a long time and we are very pleased that we have been able to purchase this large residential care location from the Healthcare Sector Real Estate Foundation for Cortese HealthCare IX. Two health centers were previously purchased in this fund and the purchase of this residential care center is a nice addition to the real estate portfolio.”
