sommelsdijk care centers

Cortese recently purchased three existing care centers for its eighth real estate fund, Cortese HealthCare VIII. This bond fund is currently still open for registration from investors.

The care centers, located in Utrecht, Beilen and Sommelsdijk, are leased to primary care providers on a long-term basis.

Rémy Voskamp, founder of Cortese: 'In recent years, Cortese has been able to acquire a large number of primary care centers. For our eighth healthcare fund, we once again had the opportunity to invest in properties with strong healthcare providers. These primary care centers are located in strategic and easily accessible locations in residential areas. The current times require immediately accessible and accurate care. With the purchase of these centers we can offer that. Investor demand for our healthcare products remains high and that is why we will continue to invest in healthcare real estate. In the coming months, in addition to primary care centers, we will also invest in residential care complexes.'

Utrecht
The property is located at Molenpolder 20 and comprises more than 1.310 m² of gross lettable floor space. The tenants are primary care providers such as general practitioners and a pharmacy.

Beilen
The detached care center of over 700 m² is located at Ericalaan 1/Dingspelstraat 14a. The complex has been leased on a long-term basis to primary care users such as general practitioners and a pharmacy.

Sommelsdijk
The care center on Anton Coolenstraat in Sommelsdijk is located in the plinth of a residential care complex. The tenants are several general practitioners with long-term leases and a pharmacy. The complex has energy label A and a lettable area of 825 m².

The daily management of the relevant objects, just like the other Cortese investment properties, will be carried out by Triatact.
