Cortese expands healthcare portfolio with two health centers in Rotterdam and Gouda

Cortese recently acquired two high-quality primary care properties for the real estate fund Cortese HealthCare XIV. These are the De Witte Keizer Health Center in Rotterdam and the Bloemendaal Health Center in Gouda. Both locations are leased on a long-term basis to a stable mix of primary care providers such as general practitioners, physiotherapists and pharmacies.

Health Center De Witte Keizer – Rotterdam

This center is located at Vissersdijk 227 in the vibrant Laurenskwartier. The center covers approximately 3.215 m², spread over four floors of a sustainable and multifunctional building. In 2020, the building was completely renovated and equipped for modern primary care.

Health Center Bloemendaal – Gouda

This well-maintained centre at Lekkenburg 4-8 offers 1.766 m² of care facilities. Here too, various care providers are housed under one roof, which increases accessibility for residents of the neighbourhood.

“We are very pleased with the purchase of these properties,” says Rémy Voskamp, director of Cortese.
“Both centres fit in perfectly with our vision of accessible, integrated neighbourhood care. They strengthen our position as a partner for primary care in the Netherlands.”
