Investing in Dutch health centers with a Cortese Healthcare Bond
If you participate in a Cortese HealthCare fund with a Cortese Healthcare Bond, your contribution will be invested in Dutch healthcare centres with tenants such as general practitioners, pharmacists and physiotherapists.
The fixed interest is paid to the participants from the stable rental income of these solid tenants. In addition, the bond provides a profit share when the health centres are sold at the end of the term (7 to 10 years).
The Cortese HealthCare investment funds have different entry levels. Entry into certain funds is possible from € 10.000. At the moment, all Cortese funds are fully subscribed. Cortese is in ongoing discussions with owners of existing and newly developed healthcare centres about acquiring these centres for new healthcare real estate funds.
