Cortese recently acquired two high-quality primary care properties for the Cortese HealthCare XIV real estate fund. These are the De Witte Keizer Health Center in Rotterdam and the Bloemendaal Health Center in Gouda.

This concerns the complex 't Slag at the Sandelingplein in Rotterdam-Zuid. 't Slag is a multifunctional centre where primary care and social services are offered.

Cortese recently purchased its third healthcare property for Cortese HealthCare IX from seller Stichting Vastgoed healthcare sector. This concerns the Rhederhof complex on Worth Rhedenseweg and Klaproosstraat in Rheden. The complex has a lettable area of approximately 10.000 m² and consists of 122 intramural units, office spaces, commercial spaces and twenty-eight parking spaces.

Cortese Capital Management has purchased nine health centers for its fourth real estate fund, Cortese HealthCare IV
The centers are located in Amersfoort, Bleiswijk, Brummen, Drunen, Enschede, Son en Breugel, Tilburg (two buildings) and Veldhoven. All health centers are leased to primary and secondary care providers on a long-term basis. A total of €25 million has been invested.
